Young Adults with Epilepsy Connect Group

These weekly discussion groups provide young adults, ages 18-25, an opportunity to share their experiences and ideas to help each other manage this challenging condition. Each meeting offers positive and constructive discussion, with sharing of resources and strategies, creative problem solving, simple goal setting, and general encouragement.
