About us
Established in 1948
If you’re not already a part of the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan, we encourage you to join us. Together, we can improve the lives of people affected by epilepsy through education, advocacy, research, and connection.
The Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan is a community of dedicated staff members and volunteers working to improve the lives of people with epilepsy and those who care for them. Our programs and services empower people with epilepsy to live meaningful and productive lives by providing information and guidance on how to best care for epilepsy and promoting awareness of the condition among professionals and the public.
The Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan strives to do more with less. Our ever-growing base of volunteers and collaborative partners makes this possible. Camp counselors, conference presenters, event volunteers, clerical volunteers, donors, Professional Advisory Committee members, Board members, and countless others support our staff in achieving the Foundation’s mission.
