Nicole Fitzpatrick
Community Program Manager
Nicole Fitzpatrick serves as the Community Program Manager at the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan, where she leads the development and delivery of programs that support individuals and families living with epilepsy across the state. In this role, Nicole works closely with community partners, healthcare providers, and volunteers to expand educational opportunities, strengthen support networks, and ensure that people affected by epilepsy have access to meaningful resources and connection.
Nicole brings a diverse professional background in information technology, project management, and customer service, along with a deep personal commitment to the epilepsy community. Her passion for advocacy began after her youngest child was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2012. That experience continues to shape her work and fuels her dedication to helping other families navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with an epilepsy diagnosis.
In addition to her work with the Foundation, Nicole has served as a Parent-to-Parent mentor through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Family Center and as a volunteer Parent Advocate with the Michigan Pediatric Epilepsy Project. She is also a certified Life Coach and values empowering individuals and families to find strength, knowledge, and community in their journey.
Nicole lives in Michigan with her blended family and enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, and giving back through community service. She is honored to be part of the Foundation’s mission to ensure that no one faces epilepsy alone.
