Teens with epilepsy, ages 13 – 17, are encouraged to sign up for this free, six-week, Zoom-based self-management program. Sessions focus on understanding epilepsy, caring for health and wellbeing, self-advocacy skills, building resilience, developing a social circle, and transition toward adulthood.
