Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan is pleased to provide the public with a wealth of information on epilepsy and associated issues through our Epilepsy Library. The Library consists of books, videos, booklets, brochures, fact sheets, and other printed materials.
HOW TO ACCESS LIBRARY RESOURCES
Books and videos are available to borrow by contacting Cynthia Handford, Education Specialist. Items other than books and videos will be mailed to you and are yours to keep. If you require information in alternative formats (e.g. captioned, Spanish, large-print, electronic, etc.), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please be aware that materials may not be available due to check out, and there are limits as to how many materials can be borrowed at one time.
The Epilepsy Library and items marked “reference only” can be viewed at the Southfield office at 20300 Civic Center Dr. Suite 250, Southfield, MI 48076.
HOW TO RETURN LIBRARY RESOURCES
Please return books or videos either by UPS or Insured First Class Mail to Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan at 20300 Civic Center Dr. Suite 250, Southfield, MI 48076 by the due date. If you do not notify the Foundation that an item will be returned late, you will be invoiced for the item's replacement cost.
